I had a wonderful experience with Flinn Inspection Group! The highlight was the fact I was able to call them and Connie (scheduler) arranged for them to come out the same day! I was so happy they were able to work with my tight schedule! Cameron was on time, very professional and easy going. He seemed very knowledgeable and you can tell he enjoys his work. He didnt mind me asking him questions as he went from room to room either. They assured me that I can call them any time in the future with any questions I may have. I definitely recommend Flinn.

As a first-​time home buyer, I knew I needed to hire an experienced and knowledgeable home inspector. I originally found Flinn Inspection Group on Angies List, where they have an A rating out of 33 reviews. Cameron came out to my almost 90 year old house in Clintonville and spent three and a half hours with me. Being a newbie homebuyer, I peppered him with a million questions which he answered with patience and understanding. All inspectors at Flinn Inspection Group have experience in the construction industry, so Cameron’s inspection and advice were all extremely thorough. He cautioned me against refinishing the floors myself, as they were somewhat thin and perhaps would not tolerate an aggressive sanding. He showed me where past repairs had been done on the house and whether they were done to code AND repaired well. He even advised me on possible improvements to increase the value of the house. At the time I called, they were offering a free thermographic survey, so I asked for it. Cameron brought an infrared camera and cranked up the heat in the house. We were able to see how well the furnace pushed heat through all the vents and even cold spots in the walls with thin insulation. The next day, I received a 22 page inspection report, complete with photos and a list of priority repairs, improvements, and maintenance.
