Flying Spoons Cafe

Had a dinner with my wife. We started at the bar during their manager’s happy hour, and stayed there for dinner. The dining room itself is visually unappealing. The mussels appetizer was very good. The steak and pork entrees we had were well prepared and season, and generous portions. They offer a meal discount to those staying at the Embassy Suites. Worth a try if you are staying there.

Pleasantly better than the last few, the hotel is nice and the staff is great.
There is not much to chose from but it is all prepaired fresh and of good quality.
I had the ceasar salad which was huge and with a very good balsamic dressing since I don’t like ceaser.
My husband the the burger and a side salad which he said was ok and the roast beef and cheddar panini with fries, fries were fine, sandwhich extreamly dry.
Good for room service, I don’t think I would bother to drive here just to eat, my favorite part was the cookies. I got a peanut butter and an oatmeal cookie and they were supposed to be $ 3 each! but she sold them to me 2 for $ 1 and had I known they would be that damn good I would have got them all.
Best cookies ever, not worth $ 3 each but at $ 1 for both I would consider driving there again just to stock up on cookies, but with my luck it would be someone else there charging me full price…
