Do not give this company your phone number they will harass you with multiple phone calls a day (11 calls within 1 hour, all from different reps that had no knowledge they had just called.)
Finally did actually «qualify» for a study & was scheduled to go in the next morning at set time. Recieved a call from representative & was told to re complete prescreener online, she said it wasn’t showing up in system & was very unprofessional. Tried to complete prescreener. which I already did so of course was unable to complete again. Was told at this time that I wasn’t needed for the study after spending hours on the phone with these people. They clearly have no idea how to conduct business or what is even going on in the company. I would not trust these incompetent people with any personal info they just waste your time & have no consideration for anyone but themselves. Scammed me to get personal info. all to be denied after was already scheduled to be part of study. Was straight up lied to by Tina & Elizabeth! Way better companies out there stay far away from these scammers!
Update:It is very much a scam, several other people had similar experiences. I am receiving tons of telemarking calls & spammy emails,& I don’t give this stuff out. They had to of sold my personal information!
And if they were really sorry about my negative experience, when I called in to report my experience to management they would have taken the call.
