I live close by so I’ve never ordered a delivery; I either pick it up or eat it there. I’ve purchase food from them between 12 – 20 times. The one time I ordered double meat, I got double meat. In all those orders there was a mistake one time w/some egg rolls. They said they’d make it up the next time and did. Sometimes they can be a bit heavy w/the onions but other than that I enjoy the food and have always been treated well and fairly. Lots of food for the money and tastes much better than any buffet place.

Worst Service Ever. I Called to make a Order, Then we had a friend stop by and asked me to call to add to the order. I did, they ordered what I did but wanted noodles, Well the Person did not understand english enough and did not send my food. I asked them to please send my food, because it was not my fault that they had messed up. They hung up on me, and when I called back they did again. I will Never Order from them again, and I hope you do not either

I gave this restaurant several chances to fix their inadequacies. Initially, I was excited they claim to serve the same dish as that from a very popular restaurant here, called Sarku Japan. Fujian advertises this on their menu; however, there is nothing similar about the two restaurants’ teriyaki. All 3 times I’ve ordered delivery. I always order double meat so I can have leftovers for the next day; however, on 9 Nov 2011, they did not double the meat, even after paying almost $ 5 extra. They also put chicken in my son’s beef & shrimp by mistake and there were burnt black specks throughout the meal. When I called to let them know this, the cook in the background said he put it together himself and didn’t make a mistake; basically stating that I was lying, so I asked to speak with the owner, who wasn’t there. My message was not returned, so I went there a few days later on my way home. I had taken pics of the food and showed this to the owner, Lee. He did offer to replace my order at another time and also said he fired the cook because of other similar complaints. The second time, they sent the wrong types of meat again, but we didn’t call to complain because we were in a hurry and just let it go. Now, since it’s been 6 months since the last order, we thought we’d try again. I checked the order before the delivery person left and even showed it to him. Again, there was one serving of meat, even though we paid for double. At first, I told to delivery person to take it back, but I had already been charged on my card and my son was really hungry(we were working on a school project). They also sent egg rolls instead of spring rolls, where the cabbage was raw on the inside! When I called the owner this time, he asked what address we were at and I explained about the food problems. I told him that we would not be ordering from them again and he didn’t apologize, he just hung up. I paid over $ 20 for nothing but rice and a small portion of meat! Don’t order from this restaurant, as I’m sure you will be disappointed. Maybe their dine in service is better, but their lobby is small and fashioned as a take out /delivery establishment. You think they would take pride in their efforts.

Bland and not extraordinary. Don’t waste your money at this place. The food tastes so generic and they do not compare to other places as far as portions are concerned. I have had better and worse than this place. Extremely disappointed.
