What has happened to The Gap customer service?!? On a recent visit my niece was waited on by an extremely impatient sales person. She was doing me a favor by returning an item for me since I live an hour from the nearest Gap. She also was purchasing many other items for her two children. Even though she was two days past the return policy, being a former employee of The Gap in CT, there is always a way to make the customer happy! She was told by the sales person that«she was doing her a favor» by issuing her a store credit! Watch out for the older sales woman with the orange fingernails! And as for the management, I later spoke to an assistant manager who assured me that she would speak to the manager and issue my niece a small gift card. The gift card never arrived. My niece is now exclusively shopping at the Easton Gap. Pay attention people! This is unacceptable! Hence, what has happened to the great customer service that The Gap used to provide?!?

Hi. I am here in your store, wanting to purchase apparel. You are really busy with floor changes to notice me confused by unpriced merchandise and confusing sales signage. Oh well, I will leave. My money spends well in many places, not just yours.

The first place I RUN to at the Gap is the clearance section. That’s right… I’m a bargain shopper and ain’t afraid to admit it! This location in Polaris had a nice sale rack with plenty to choose from. I bought three men’s deep V-neck t-shirts(which I highly recommend) for around $ 26(on sale). There were several other things I was looking to buy, but just didn’t want to spend anymore money. Nice place, nice location… good times!
