Garage Door Service Pros

Great people. My garage door fell off the tracks and they came quickly and even took a look at the motor to let me know it doesn’t need replaced. Also gave me some recommendations on how to keep my garage door and opener running longer. Will defiantly use in the future.

On yesterday evening (6÷3÷2015) while leaving out, our garage door came off its track, tilted and wouldn’t close completely. As a result, the tilted door bent the track on the one end. Took today off for security reasons since the door wouldn’t close and call a bevy of garage door repair companies. All had appts for either Friday or next week. Called GDSP and «Mike”-owner answered right away and was able to dispatch their Sr. Technician, Reggie Willis, to our residence within half-​hour. Mr. Willis was the consummate professional! He called twice; once for acknowledging the dispatch received and status and a 2^nd time upon his arrival. He quickly assessed the «tilted door» issue and its causes and immediately went to work. One hour & half later, he completed the job and our garage door is operating better than it had for years (adjusting the lift/​raise height on the opener, lubricated the wheels and tightening the roller base bolts, along with repair). Labor is warrantied for 120 days and just the service fee was charged-​WAY LOWER THAN A FRANCHISE WOULD HAVE CHARGED! Kudos for Reggie W. and GDSP for their speed, knowledge/​skill and honesty!

It was Friday evening. Came home about 7:30 pm. Garage door opened but would not close. We called GDSP and got a voice mail prompt. Thinking that we would not hear back until the next week, we settled in front of the TV. At 10:00 pm, Friday nite, Reggie called. He walked us through a check of the system, putting me on a ladder in the garage. Problem solved, no charge. Thanks Reggie. You are the best, on a Friday night at 10:00. If this is how you treat all your customers, people would be crazy to go to any other garage door company for help. Thanks a million. I hope this review helps you in your new business.

I had my original garage door installed over a year ago by CE Price and apparently this company took it over. Garage door wasn’t going down all the way and kept popping up and got me frustrated. At first, I was even more frustrated when I learned there was a «trip fee» involved to get service with the new company. After I asked Reggie if he could troubleshoot me on the phone he complied and took me through a series of steps to try to resolve the issue. After about 10 – 15 min and the (surprisingly easy) tightening of a screw. Bam! Back in action! Even though I do wish the phone troubleshooting was offered without me asking, I am left with a pleasant experience.
