I have been using Grandview Cleaners for over a year and just dealt with the poor service because of the lower prices. Like the other reviews have said, it feels like your are burdening them when you bring in your clothes. The last time I went in I actually had the nerve to forget my order ticket, she rolled her eyes at me, sighed loudly, and then took less than 30 seconds to look it up on the computer. Never again.

This is my first negative review. Will be my last time using this dry cleaners. Discounted prices are not worth the unfriendly customer service. Always felt like I was a bother for bringing in my clothes. Would rather pay more somewhere else.

As Cheryl mentoined, the women who work here are far from friendly. I don’t think I’ve ever seen even the glimpse of a smile. Despite the less than stellar customer service, I keep coming back because the prices are so much lower than Swan Cleaners & they let you pick your day to pick up. They usually have coupons as well so you can save even more. At other cleaners a suit can cost you around $ 13, here with the coupon it’s $ 8.90. When you dry clean as many suits as I do, that adds up quick.

The ladies who work here do not need to be in the customer service realm. I believe at least one of them own it, but I could be wrong. They act as if you are bothering them for using their services. Their prices are lower than the other cleaners nearby, but despite wanting to support small /​nonchain businesses, I do not give them business because of the poor attitude.
