The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The selection of products is very good. They spend a great deal of time with each customer and have been helpful whenever I needed a follow up. I finally convinced my mom to go with an apple computer and they did not try to oversell her on things she did not need.

These guys are awesome. They fix all Mac issues. Apparently we are the«rare» Apple TV problem children. But these guys are helpful and very customer oriented. If they can’t fix it they will find a way to make it right. Can’t say enough good things about these guys. Take your issues to them!

Turned in my IMac to graphicom, who told me it would take around a week to repair. My screen had some dead pixels on it, and I had the extended apple care warranty. A week later. I come and pick my computer up, and when I turn it on at home, the new screen had more dead pixels. Also, there were thumb prints on the inside of the glass. I took it back to them and asked them to replace it again, and they told me «Sorry, there are not enough dead pixels to justify a replacement.» I suspected this was not true, so to test it, I took my IMac to a real Apple store, and they said that even one dead pixel justifies a replacement, and that they were terribly sorry. I told the Mac store about my time with Graphicom, and they were shocked. They said they would file an official complaint about my service, and I definitely know never to go back to this poorly run, amateur store.

They have replaced my MacBook Pro screen three times. It is pretty annoying considering I have never dropped or damaged my computer. I’m not sure how the screen cracked in the first place but I literally woke up to a slightly Cracked screen. I am guessing someone in my family touched it or it was just a dream of nature. Anyways, they said there is a defect that will not allow the repair screen to adhere all the way on and it constantly cracks or tons of dust gets under it. I have decided that I am going to sell it and buy another computer. I will stick with a MacBook and will probably go here or order it online. None of this is their fault and they have offered me great customer service. I will come back.

Great selection of accessories, waaaaay more stocked, friendlier than any place around. I’ve been to all the corporate giants. ALL of have had limited selection of crap. Graphicom is same price on iPads and is comparable price with higher quality accessories around. Seriously, don’t go to Walmart, best buy or target, cuz if u do any research you will end up buying there anyway. They also give free high fives, while supplies last.

Graphicom is a Mac store, and I got my iPad and my Macbook Pro here. The staff is very helpful, even for a Mac novice like me. Any time you have a question, they are available to help you out, and I’ve sent all my friends to them for their Macs. Much better than Best Buy.
