Maintenance never shows up to fix anything and no one ever answers the phone at the leasing office.

This apartment complex is okay if you do not mind the trash compactor for the entire complex being directly next to the pool. I am not kidding. The compactor is literally twenty feet away from the pool. When you are swimming during the summer you will get a nice relaxing breeze full of disgusting garbage smell. So if you want to relax at the pool without a landfill next to you I recommend renting in a different complex.

I have enjoyed living here for the most part. The apartments are very nice. Love the granite countertops and the large kitchen. But be weary when moving in with pets. We were signed onto the lease from a previous tenant and when we went to move out the leasing manager is trying to charge us almost $ 2000 to replace the carpets. You are also charged a $ 450 pet FEE (meaning you don’t get that money back and it is NOT used towards any damages caused by your pets) and $ 15 a month pet rent. They will blacklight your carpets when you leave (with or without you present) and will then claim that there are stains shown under the blacklight and that the carpets need to be entirely replaced. We had our carpets deepcleaned and there are no stains on them. Not to mention our dog didn’t have accidents in the house. The problem with blacklighting is that so many things besides urine can glow. But they will try to get as much money from you as they can when you move out. Beware. I would NEVER rent here knowing what I know now. It would be a good community to live in without a pet. But as a pet owner, absolutely not.

This place is very nice. I lived here for 6 – 7 months during ABOLC at Fort Benning, GA. The staff is very military friendly. They do practice the military clause and will stand by it when your new orders are cut. They did give me back my deposit even though I forgot to clean the oven and one of the shelves came up missing in the kitchen. There are two phases. I lived in the older phase (not gated) and even this side was very quiet and I never experienced any sort of crime. The newer phase is gated and across the street. The location is about 20 – 25 minutes away from base… but this is good because you don’t want to be around work all the time. There is a grocery store and a few places to eat within walking distance. The gym is nice and kept up very well. Never got to use the pool, but it is nice too. I have guided some of my close friends going to Benning to this place, so I definitely recommend it to other people as well.

It’s a great new community some family friends live in and after being there a couple of weeks while there’s still construction going on around them a huge leak come through their dinning room wall! They had to come in and make to huge holes and they caused water to leak further our the holes and soak the carpets with flithy stinky water! It was gross and I don’t know that they’ve come to fix the holes…

Very nice living here! Beautiful, and fantastic customer service! Can’t beat the location, too!
