Beautiful grounds, pool and office. Very impressive as you drive in. Apartments are spacious although there is a lack of storage with the exception of the bedrooms. Any maintenance issues are taken care of timely. My biggest beef is the noise. I signed a lease for a year for a ground floor apartment and am already counting the days till I can begin looking for something else. I think my upstairs neighbor is a distant relative of Atilla the Hun as she stomps everywhere she goes and her child on the weekend literally runs the apartment from one length to the other beginning at around 9 or 10. Week days we thankfully get a break and it begins between 5 or 6 pm. At times it sounds as if they house a bowling alley up there. Very disappointed because I spent a lot of money to Move here and when I asked about upstairs versus downstairs and noise expectations I was assured that unless they are stomping you shouldn’t hear anything coming from upstairs… hmmmm…now I’m told it is considered ‘normal’ child playing noise and basically just have to deal till 10:00PM when quiet hours start. So, I kind of feel bamboozled. Management is sympathetic but apparently their hands are tied during daytime hours. Meanwhile I can’t break the lease without paying an additional months rent as a penalty. Really kicking myself for moving to an apartment. If you are used to apartment living it may not bother you. but, do yourself a favor and do NOT get a ground floor apartment. Neighbors to the side are either quiet as mice or soundproofing is really good between the walls, just not the ceiling.

I’ve lived here for almost a year now, and I am very glad I chose Greystone Summit. This place is awesome. The staff is very friendly, and they go out of there way to help you with whatever you need. A few weeks back my A/C broke and, being that I’m from Alaska, I about had a heart attack. I called the leasing office, and they sent someone to fix it within 30 minutes. I live in a corporate apartment, and it is really nice. It has a great home feel to it, and I love coming back to it from work every day. It’s a 25 minute drive to Ft. Benning main-gate, but the drive is well worth it when you live at such a great place. If you’re looking for a place to live in the Ft. Benning area, I highly recommend this place — it is outstanding.

I highly recommend this apt and the management staff. I lived here little over a year now, by far the best so far. Everything is managed in a professional manner and very friendly staff. They take are of your needs promptly and staff always greet you by your name. It’s amazing to know and have/live in a complex where the mgmt care about you as a resident.
