Happy’s Pizza

I can’t say much about this place. The staff is friendly enough, the food is cheap enough, portions are average and it tastes good enough. I feel like some of the five star reviews here have only been to one or two restaurants. Like, ever. In their whole life. I can’t really find anything to complain about here so I guess there’s that. My girlfriend frequently orders from this place because it’s one of the few places that delivers to her job and she seems to like it but I don’t get it. I mean, it doesn’t suck but I certainly wouldn’t willingly go here. The pizza sauce is incredibly plain, the cheese is the same processed-​giant-​bag cheese that every other pizza place chain has and the chicken is just moist enough to stop you from choking.

Walked in on a Sunday afternoon at 12:31. Left at 12:43 with my order. Maybe you shouldn’t go here on one of the busiest days and expect everyone to wait on you hand and foot, but that just seems like common sense to me.
Friendly service from the cashier who explained everything to me and even let me sample the BBQ sauce before I decided on a rib tip dinner.
The dinner was cheap (under $ 10), filling and delicious. Absolutely no qualms about eating here and would try it again any day.

So I went in on Christmas Eve so it was crazy busy which I expected. I baught two med size pizzas that where spouse to be on sale the cashier rang me up wrong. Which she apologized for and politely informed she couldn’t refund. So I asked to speak to a manger so I could get something of same value to compensate. After waiting 30 min for her to grace me with her presence Antoinette was very rude and smug in telling me that there was nothing she could do to compensate the mistake that was made. If I could give a lower star I would. Bright side cashier Chelsia was very nice and attentive even trying to get Antoinnette attention several times so we didn’t have to wait maybe she should b manger.

7 WORDS — Comfort Food Well Done /​Great Take-​Out Place.
It would be easy to give this place a single star, if you were callous or unreasonably comparing this to some place where linen napkins are the norm. However, Happy’s ALWAYS delivers when it comes to fast food — and does it ona wide array of things, from Pizza and Subs to Fish and Chicken and Wings to Salads and Hamburgers. Yeah, none of those things match up with the likes of Ted’s Montana Grill or even Outback /​TGIFridays.
Nor should it.
Just because someone pays 110,000 for a Jaguar, should they think that a Honda Civic will go toe-​to-​toe with it? Of course not.
I ordered the 4 piece chicken dinner and asked for «All Dark Meat» and the clerk gladly made the switch out and by the time I arrived, my food was ready. For 8.95, I got 4 pieces of dark chicken (two legs, two thighs), a huge serving of steak-​cut fries, a piece of garlic bread and a small portion of Cole slaw. Dollar for dollar, this was a very good meal and I was full before I finished eating. Good eats, and without a doubt, I’ll surely go back again and again…

Was told my food would be ready in 20, 40 minutes later still waiting. Asked for some sort of compensation and was denied. First and last experience at Happy’s. Try somewhere else with a little customer service.
