I came here for breakfast and sadly I had to the displeasure of discovering that this is one of the least impressive Hardees in Columbus when it comes to customer service. I ordered a chicken biscuit and received just the biscuit and when I brought it back and explained the mistake the cashier had the nerve to have an attitude about it.
Rude employees and getting simple orders wrong makes me not want to come back to this location. Ever.

I’m giving 3 stars because sometimes the meat is missing from the bread. The food is hot and who doesn’t love a chicken biscuit in the am, that is actually chicken. I’m disappointed that they don’t sell chocolate milk though.

We swung through the drive-thru here on Wednesday evening and the young lady manning it was very sweet and professional. We ordered food for 4 and everything was well packed and when we asked for extra (like salt and mayo packets) she made sure we had enough. When we got to our hotel to eat, everything was hot and fresh, with the exception of the chicken sandwich which was on the side of being slightly overcooked.
The only other complaint was the bizarre positioning of the restaurant, but we know, with GA DOT on-ramps, etc., most likely was not their fault.
