What a terrible experience in the FIne Lines store. DONOTSHOPHERE. PERIOD. I ordered an $ 8,000 oven from them. Said it would be in in two weeks. After five weeks, I started calling to find out status. Never got a call back from anyone after multiple calls. So I had to go back in the store after two months to find out where my oven was. Lo and behold, it had arrived — but no one called to schedule an install. Finally got it installed a week later(yesterday) and went to use it today to cook a roast. Tripped the circuit breaker repeatedly, then gave a series of error messages. The oven does not work. Called the store, actually got someone on the phone who was going to speak to the manager. Of course the manager can’t actually get on the phone with a customer. They told me they had to contact a service group to come check out the oven«some time next week.» These guys are AWFUL, if you decide to buy something from them you deserve whatever terrible service they provide. Ugh

After 4 visits in my home, the crack squad at Finelines couldn’t manage to install niether the Thermador nor the Jenn Air equipment I purchased despite the full use of their«pre-install team» or the fact that we gave the accurate dimensions to Ashley Davolio our sales rep. When a team of «appliance professionals» can’t properly utilize a measuring tape or take the time to read dimensions no good comes of it. FOURVISITS in my home and they couldn’t make an install of the Microwave, double oven OR the cooktop. It was a total FAIL. The evidence that the sales people(the rep Ashley and her sales manager Mike) took zero interest was everywhere. This was HORRIBLE customer service and a totalFAILURE. When I went to the store to be refunded my $ 8,200.00 I told them that this was a HUGE waste of my time and that I expected more especially given thier experience and assurances. I told them they need to be better at their jobs at which point another sales rep chimed in while on a call with«REALLY»? As though I was being unreasonable. I think that sums up the expectation of HH Greg Finelines employees. We the customer are there for them, not the other way around. I have zero faith in their ability based on their performance and couldn’t in good conscience recommend shopping there.

HH Gregg at Easton does not know what customer service is. It took them 5 days to contact their service department to schedule a service call. What? Not impressed. Especially since there were so many staff standing around waiting to jump on the next customer in the store. Let’s hope you never get defective appliances. Unbelievable. I’ll think twice about buying from them again. Not!

I was sure I wrote an update to my original review but… Anyway my original TV failed and the part turned out to be way too expensive to replace, like $ 800 or something. And the prices had come down on later models. So after talking with the store manager, he knocked a pretty good chunk of change off a new one and this time I bought a service contract. Anyway, I’m really happy with my new TV and expect to have it a long time.
