At night, coffee was cold. No hot water to make a cup of tea.
At breakfast at 9.15am, it already ran out of food. No milk, no toast.
Air con in the room was very noisy. Could not sleep at night.

This is probably one of the better hotels I’ve been to. It’s very clean, and the lady at the front desk was very friendly. The rooms were very spacious and cozy. The air conditioner was a little too powerful at night, it seems. But that is really my only complaint.
Breakfast was a m a z i n g (and free!). Everything was made fresh and it tasted wonderful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the Columbus area.
