Never again. Never use for art shipping. I asked them to build me a crate and they tapped 2 cardboard boxes together and stuffed them with newsprint??? Hardly a crate and it’s the most asinine creation I have ever laid eyes upon.
I’ve saved the best part for last. I get an email from honeymoon with a sad face in the subject. They said sorry for the misinformation but fedex was $ 1,700 more than expected. They said they quoted the shipping standard FedEx not FedEx freight. Ok I’m sorry you made that mistake but why are you emailing me about it.
