Horrible. Broke my computer and refuse to take responsiblity for it saying that it couldnt be fixed after charging me a diagnostic fee. I took my computer somewhere else and they could fix it and i had to pay additional for what iftin broke. DONT TAKE UR COMPUTER TO THIS GUY
