⁰⁄₅ stars: This merchant does not answer the phone or respond at all to multiple phone messages. I purchased a living social deal which indicates that I should call the phone number but no one ever answers and I have left multiple messages, both recently and when I bought the deal in the summer, but no one has ever returned my call. Thankfully living social issues refunds but unfortunately only as credit. Extremely disappointing. I would suggest avoiding this provider.
Update to ²⁄₅ stars: I think that the phone number listed on the voucher for scheduling may have been incorrect. When I called (614) 505‑3510 I was scheduled right away for next week! They don’t do evening hours though, even further out. I will update again once I actually go.

I recently bought a chiropractic adjustment and 45-​minute massage for this vendor from a «deal» site and was not disappointed!
Scheduling: I prefer scheduling appointments online as opposed to over the phone. Luckily, InTouch has online scheduling. I was able to get in the next day and I was sent two emails to confirm both my adjustment and massage.
Location: The business was very easy to find in the Graceland area. The facility itself looks new and very nice.

Dr. Puskarich is a really nice guy! He seems passionate and knowledgeable about his field and was effective at explaining why I was having back and sciatica pain.
Massage:
Dr. Puskarich’s wife is the LMT that works at this location. I feel like they were able to communicate well on what to accomplish during my massage. Before my back surgery I visited a lot of chiropractors and you usually don’t see this sort of collaboration. As for the massage itself… holy smokes. It was fantastic and definitely one of the best massages of my life. It is hard to find a LMT that does really good trigger point therapy.
I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone looking to quickly set up and appointment with a chiropractor, or for a phenomenal massage!
