Itsy Bitsy World

I was a little disappointed by this fun-​looking little toy shop at Polaris. I stopped by to search for a birthday present for my three-​year-​old nephew. I had a tough time finding anything age appropriate. There were lots of cool items for little ones — around one year or so – and older kids — five and up. I did see some neat tents and floor puzzles and such, but they weren’t the sort of thing I was looking for.
I was also surprised no one asked if I needed any help. On one hand, it was nice to browse freely. On the other, it would have been useful to have some guidance.
Overall, this is a better-​than-​average toy store. There are lots of interactive learning-​oriented toys. Though I was let down, I’ll likely be back.

A fantastic Columbus owned and operated toy store that is always full of little people and bright colors! Their aim is to essentially trick your child into learning while they play with shiny bright things– I sooo would have fallen for that! They hope to encourage curiosity, self-​esteem, problem-​solving, hand-​eye coordination, math and cooperation with the items the stock on their shelves. Novel.
This store is amazing and chock full of gorgeous toys and happy customers. Pictures to come!
