Had the WORST customer service experience here, I tried to return an unworn vest with the tags and receipt present. I was told it was outside the 30 days return policy and there was nothing they could do. The associate helping me was extremely rude and unprofessional. Then after contacting J. Crew over a month ago and sending my vest back, I have yet to receive any type of refund or response. Will NOT be shopping here again after this nightmare of an experience.

Went there today while shopping at Easton with my fiancé. We had been to about four or five different stores at Easton with little luck and were feeling a bit disheartened when we walked in. We perused for a few minutes and I saw some things I liked, but nothing mind-blowing. We were looking at a display near the front of the store when an associate(Emily) approached us. This is how that exchange went: Emily: How’s it going guys? Have you been told about our promotions? Fiancé: We haven’t. E: Well just so you know, everything full priced is 25% off and sale is 40% off. Can I start you a room. Me: Yeah, I think we’re ready to go. E: Awesome!(Seeing the tops I have picked out) Did you see these button-ups over here? They are awesome. Me: Yeah, umm… I don’t know. E: Okay, great! Are you looking for anything else today? Me: Erm… uhh… E [To my fiancé]: Okay, I’m going to talk to you. After discussing with the more qualified of us what exactly I was looking for, she not only started a room with the items I’d picked out, but brought back a bunch of other stuff based on what I said I liked and was looking for. I had honestly gone into the store thinking I would putter around and buy a shirt or something after having the salespeople look at me like I was going to shoplift, but it ended up being a really productive and not at all intimidating shopping experience.

Went to this store today and the dark haired female associate was really rude. I went to take a jacket off of a mannequin and she said«are there none on the rack?» as if I hadn’t looked and just wanted to ruin the display. Then she told me suits aren’t even carried in J Crew stores anymore. That is dumb. What kind of woman’s clothing store doesn’t carry suits in the store? Done with J Crew.

I really like J Crew. They have great designs, patterns, etc. I do think that the price point is higher than the quality which is a little disappointing. As a result I rarely purchase an item that doesn’t have a deep discount. I hope they either elevate the quality or get the price point to match the current level of quality.

This JCrew usually usually has more things than the one at Polaris but it has some of the most claustraphobic dressing rooms I have ever been in! Other than that, it is a great store if you like their brand of clothing. And I especially like ordering something from them online at the store on the little red phone. If you do it that way, then you don’t have to pay shipping! Their quality is pretty good(I’ve never had a thing of theirs die on me without it being worn to death other than one sweater) and other than final sales — returns are a breeze. Yes, the prices ain’t that cheap but sometimes you get what you pay for and then sometimes you wait for a good sale and then score!

I love J. Crew, and this location is particularly enjoyable. I’ve stopped going to my store in NYC because this location at Easton is so much quieter. I can pop in at lunch, feel like I have the store to myself, tear up the sale racks, and head back to the office with a bag full of goodies. The selection of things on sale is always moving, so it’s like a treasure hunt each time I go in.

Great store, pretty good sales… I never buy anything at regular price! There was no pic of the place, so I added one…

Pros: The clothes make you look like you should be in a sailboat somewhere off of Cape Cod. Cons: You wish the people who worked there were in a boat off of Cape Cod… without a sail. Except for Kim. Ask for Kim, tell her Peter sent you. She’s amazing. *Edit: or Peter. There’s a new guy named Peter. Not me. He’s great. He has a fro. Otherwise, what can I say that you don’t already know? Great styling, wonderful quality, and pricing that doesn’t break the bank. I’m 5’11″ and skinny, so J. Crew fits me like a glove, but many of my petite female friends tell me they have trouble finding the right size. Not sure if that’s true or not, but I thought I would pass on the anecdote.
