After being rescheduled time and time again (4 times) for an appointment at Kool Smiles (an appointment for WHAT, I do not know — supposedly, to fill a cavity) We decided to pay out of pocket for a highly recommended dentist. You may need to check for insurance coverage but in any case, Dr. Buchanan was worth every cent (which was reasonable) He took x-​rays of my daughter’s teeth and told us, «I don’t see anything I would want to put a drill to». He was very patient and answered all of our questions and gave us information we had not even thought of asking about! I believe Kool Smiles may be drilling healthy teeth just to file an insurance claim! Dr. Buchanan is one of the best dentists practicing here in Columbus.
