The subs at this Jimmy Johns location taste excellent and the management supports great, local causes. As a member of a local high school(RHS) Leo Club, which makes fundraising events to help support families of victims to pediatric cancer and donate for pediatric cancer research, I was tasked with asking this location for a donation of any kind. We had an event coming up and we needed food donations. Upon entering and meeting with the manager, he was extremely generous and offered us a plethora of subs for the event. Thanks in large part to the management’s generosity, the food aspect of the event was covered. Plus, the people at our event were very satisfied with the quality of the subs provided by them! If you want to help support a good business that gives back to its community and have some great tasting subs while you’re at it, then I’d definitely recommending going to this Jimmy Johns location.

Called in advance to check the delivery range and was told they deliver to my location. Called back 2 hours later to make the order and was told I was out of delivery range. Really bummed out. They said there was nothing they could do and would not honor their employees statement. The gentleman who was on the phone with me hung up pretty abruptly but the situation was out of his hands I guess. Disappointed to say the least

Ok. So im visiting from Los Angeles and I drove by this joint a few times and was intrigued because i love a good sandwich and their menu promises a gourmet experience. I order a #10 hunter, whick is basically a roast beef and cheese sub. But I wanted yellow mustard instead of dijon; but was told that it only came in packets and no one could open one and put it on the sandwich except me, due to health dept codes. Bullshit; but ok, I’m a visitor and maybe the health dept does have some weird codes here. My sanwich is ready before I pour my drink …hey speedy service. But no mustard which I ask for again and receive two packets. But when i ask for a knife to spread it… the four employees either ignore me or can’t hear me over their private conversation. …hell, im the only customer so why not goof off? After asking 3 times i get a knife and go back to my table and open my roast beef sandwich to find: NOROASTBEEF! NOCHEESE. Really? Really? Idiots…thank goodness there was a five guys next door. If you like bad service come here… but I don’t, so i will never again.

The food was delicious. I left off a star because the service could have been above average, but it wasn’t. Table was clean, food was good. Not much else matters!

Jimmy Johns is kind of a love or hate thing. I’m actually in the middle and consider it as better than Subway but not as good as Jersey Mike’s. Their subs are much better when you specify that you want mayo, brown mustard, oil and vinegar. They’re too dry if you get them the way they’re on the menu.

They advertise themselves as being the world’s greatest gourmet sandwich, or sub, or something. I really don’t get it. I have eaten here 2 or 3 times. I have never had an uneatable sandwich. HOWEVER, I have always been disappointed in the quantity for the price, and more so in the selection. You choose from 2 or 3 kinds of bread — but you need to ask, because I’ve never been asked, I don’t think. Then you choose between ham, roast beef, turkey, and I think a small number of other meats. They are sliced too thin. The number of toppings are small, and even when you ask for some of them, you may not get them. Oh, and cold is all you get. There’s a small number of chip flavors, and that’s about it. Subway has better choices, and they are not the best in town. I go when someone else is choosing the location from this point on. They do allow you to have just 1 sandwich delivered, but their sandwichs are pretty pricey for the limited stuff.

I was excited about going here for a quick and tasty lunch and oh so dissapointed! So much in fact that I returned my sandwich after one(ok two) bites and got my money back along woth strange looks from the staff. I had the Vegatarian which tasted like absolutly nothing. I love healthy but this was like eaing a salad on dry bread with no flavor, no dressing, nothing! I did order it with no mayo but that is no excuse to serve such a lame sandwich. My husband had the ultimate porker and said it was fine, but he was just hungry and is not one to complain. Sorry, Jimmy’s I will never be back!

Until a month ago, I had never heard of Jimmy Johns… And now I see them everywhere! Their subs are excellently filled inside bread I would rate as more appealing than that of Subway or Jersey Mikes.
