Well, I love Jimmy Johns, but not from this location. The food is good, but the service leaves MUCH to be desired. In general, the food arrives in about half an hour, but the drivers are generally surly and don’t talk much. Today in particular, I got off work and decided that I didn’t want to cook so I ordered. I am both a broke college student and a waitress, so today I didn’t have any money to tip(I normally do) and I had to pay by debit card. As the driver was walking away he muttered«Nice tip.» along with some other things I could not make out. I had tipped this particular driver in the past, but as it is, I think this location will be losing my business. I don’t need to feel hassled for money I don’t have when I feel bad enough about it as it is.

Jimmy John’s is delicious, don’t get me wrong, but the service is horrible. I ordered a sub online at 11:45am so that I could have it by 12:20 at the latest for my lunch hour which started at 12. Because the weather was bad I gave them some extra time for delivery. By 12:45 when I still had not recieved my order, I called the store. The rep who answered the phone said my order was still there and he would have it sent out right then. I told him that my lunch hour was almost over and it would have been nice if someone could have called to let me know. They did not offer an apology. So yes, Jimmy John’s is good food, but I will never order from this location again.
