Had my first Jimmy Johns last week. not a big fan. not much choice in making the way I like my sandwich. All cold subs. I suppose it would be okay for delivery but not in person

Love this Jimmy John’s! The people who work here are awesome and generous when I get extra bacon on my #16. So happy to have a JJ’s so close to my house!

The service is great! Quick delivery and it was exactly what I ordered. The delivery driver was super nice as well. My meal was here within 10 minutes at the latest!

Where do I start? 1. The guy taking our order, though we clearly stated 3x we were picking up, asked for our address. Why do you need this? We haven’t decided if we’re going to be regular customers yet and we’re picking up.(Hint: we’re not!) 2. We both ordered Italian subs(aka– The Vito), one with no dressing or tomatoes and one with no tomatoes added peppers. It came marked that the one with no dressing or tomatoes had the added peppers. It didn’t but they did initially add peppers to it because the gross juice and seeds were still all over the top of the bun. But they should’ve crossed it out. If we were doling these out to people to take on their way, we would’ve handed off the wrong sub. The one that had the peppers was not marked that it had peppers. Switch the wrappers or write on the outside of the one that had peppers! 3. We assumed these were hot subs and they were stone cold. That is on us for not asking, I suppose but why not mention they are cold subs and ask if we want them toasted? Thankfully we had access to an oven to toast them ourselves. 4. Most importantly… the subs were horrible! Very little meat. I’m talking paper thin of 2 – 3 kinds of meat like Carl Buddig pressed meat kind of thin. How does Italian meat have absolutely NO flavor??? I’ve eaten my share of Italian subs all over C-bus and this is the first time subs have been so tasteless, we’ve refused to eat them. Two bites and we were both done. I even gave the sparse amount of meat from mine to my hubby so he could have a sub with a somewhat normal amount of meat. Nope. He couldn’t do it and into the trash they both went. $ 10 down the drain. I’m sure JJ’s has their audience and they can have them.
