Used to love this place but have been very disappointed recently. Each time I thought it might be a one off, but I’m finally giving up. A year ago, I’d give 5 stars. Today, one star. They don’t clean or change tools between clients, they won’t use a base coat unless you request it, and the quality is inconsistent. The last mani-​pedi I got looked terrible, I had to redo it myself that day and found my nails were ragged and rough under the polish (surfaces were scratched up from rough buffing) — and my feet were rougher after the pedicure than when I came in. They clearly don’t care about hygiene or quality. Very disappointed since this used to be my go-​to spot. (Now reading other recent reviews I see I’m not alone. Management — PLEASE TAKE NOTE! You’re losing customers.)

Use to go here a lot. I had taken my daughter who was paying for all of her sisters nails to be done. All we’re full sets. It was for my oldest daughters wedding. The guy who did their nails was in a rush because it was close to closing time. He had cut one of my daughters fingers from being so rough and he was not nice at all. I usually don’t put up reviews but I was extremely upset! Even though in my opinion I told my daughter do not tip him but she tipped him $ 20 anyway because she is the one with the heart of gold. Me and my daughters will never step foot in this nail salon again. It was the first horrible experience and will be our last. Don’t know his name but he was an older sort of bald male.

Used to go here all the time when I lived in Columbus. Was there visiting family last week. Needed a gel manicure/​polish change. Horrible service. Capable of only doing basic solid color gel manicure, didn’t have half the colors that were offered in the sample, rushed, and a week later my polish on all of my nails have chipped. Live and learn I suppose

I’m in town on business the shop location is within walking distance from my hotel. The Service I received was great and the staff was friendly. Convenient location and reasonably priced.

Been looking for a good place to get mani/​pedi, this was the most pricey. Customer service was good and place was clean but my nails chipped the evening I got them done! Normally my nails will last a couple days not less than 12hrs! My pedi chipped the next day! Was not worth the money! Oh and if I am going to get charged extra for a mani I would like a real mani at the table not while still in the pedi chair

Had a manicure & pedicure done on Sunday. Felt like I was in a drive thru because the girl rushed so much. By the next day, my nails already started chipping & had to be touched up by me. Absolutely ridiculous! In less than 24 hours, I was in need of a new manicure! It is now 4 days from the manicure & I have had to touch up every nail. This should not be the case.

They were pretty quick to get to me and did a great job. I do not normally have my nails done but I had torn my nail high up on the nail bed and they were able to glue it, add some acrylic for strength and then gel polish. I’ll be returning more often for gel polish! Everything was very clean and staff is very nice!

I would give John’s a solid 5-​star because they do a really nice job on nails but I do wish their pedicures weren’t as rushed. I always get in very quickly no matter how busy they are. Their prices are also very affordable.

This is my new nail place. Friendly staff, great pedicure, fair price. I was actually shocked at the attention paid to my nails, I’m not used to such great service on a basic pedicure. Definitely recommended!

Great little place, clean and friendly. It was pretty busy when we walked it, so our pedicure felt a little rushed, but the color looks great and my feeties feel happy and soft!

I like John’s. Everyone is always nice. He does great business as it has never been close to empty when I visited. Clean, fast, relaxing, fair price. Would be better if there weren’t Tvs but thats my preference.
