The first person you meet when you walk into a business is generally the best chance you have a a first impression. The woman behind the counter here literally made me wish I had never walked into this place of business. I happily will not be going back and would rather pay a higher price to have equipment fixed than deal with someone with this kind of attitude. S A pause to let somebody finish talking could actually get you a customer for life. This time you are losing a potential customer and when I get asked about this business you can bet family will not here a good response. I will admit the older gentleman that helped me when I got back was a much nicer individual, but that first greeting was horrible. Please hire quality staff that are capable of listening to the customer!
UPDATE! FYI the other reviews that are posted under not recomended are spot on! If I had seen those on Unilocal before going I would have never gone to this buisness! Make sure and read Unilocal’S not recomended reviews!
