I had one of the worst experiences of my life here. First of all, my boyfriend bought me a pair of Uggs for Christmas that I had to return. He bought them from Journey’s at Tuttle Mall. I went to return the shoes at Journey’s, but Polaris Mall. They would NOT return the shoes, even with a receipt! Their return policy specifically stated you only needed a receipt for a return — the salesman stated that the Journey’s at Polaris «didn’t carry Uggs and wouldn’t return them and I would need to call corporate.»
A word of advice — do not buy $ 200 shoes that may need taken back at Journey’s.
