Is there a way to give them no stars?
First, they charged me more for next day service than they would have for same day service… When I asked about it, I was told «its mode expensive when you rush it.» Yeah. I understand that, but I let you keep it longer!!! And the guy who checked me in, changed the price on the ticket by hand.
The press job on my shirts were terrible. I asked for medium starch, there was none. My pleated pants for my suit looked just horrible. The pleats were pressed and folded in the wrong way. The cuffs weren’t done right either.
I asked for a manager, and the girl working the counter told me «the woman» that you need to talk to isn’t here. I asked for her name, and she said she isn’t here. I guess her name is «she isn’t here». Odd name. I asked for her to call me.
I tried them out because they’re on my way to work, but I won’t be back.
