They really dropped the ball. We looked at properties and were pre approved. We told them we wanted a property listed in fort Mitchell. They took WAY to long to return our calls (days) and we called and called to try to get a hold of them in order to give them money for our deposit. The leasing manager was never in and the secretary made excuses for them like «they haven’t been able to talk to the property owner yet, probably???» The house we were looking at is still listed and I would be so mad if I was the home owner. I really wish there was a way I could let them know that they almost had a tenant but that this company can’t even return a call when your trying to give them money. After a few days of waiting we decided that if it was this hard to give them money if there was an issue they would never fix it. We went with another company with much better customer service.

Short story run. They promised they would work with me bc I was up front about my credit took my 200.00 and then old me no can’t help you good bye.

The worst company EVER. They are rude and unprofessional. They even had the nerve to accuse my mother of lying just because she was helping my father. Definitely not military friendly. And just not customer friendly at all. I refuse to do or try to do business with then EVER again.

Horrible customer service, NOT Military friendly, nickel and dime you to the bitter end. Don’t walk but RUN from this company!
