I can’t speak for pricing as this was a gift and I’ve never utilized a detail company. What I can say is that James did an amazing job! My car looked cleaner than the day I bought it. He cleaned the goo out of the cup holders and even got the years old hot chocolate stain out of the floor mats. James was also very personable. He asked questions which made you feel like he truly cared about the customers he caters to. I would go back and definitely recommend their interior detail service.

Beware of steeply increased prices! Prices are not posted anywhere and you only find out when you are handed a slip to go inside and pay.
$ 28 for the basic interior/​exterior wash and they only vacuum the inside. They don’t even wash all season mats. I will not go back. Not worth it for the money.

Avoid at all costs! They SIGNIFICANTLY increased prices since the last time I stopped in for a car wash. I paid $ 32 today and they did not wipe down the dashboard and console of my car. I could not make this up! I had to actually ask the guy who wiped down the car if I could use his rag to wipe the dashboard and console. Seriously $ 32 does not get you a wiped dashboard? And it stinks bc the owner is clearly making mad money off the guys who do the drying at the end. I was told I would have to pay $ 50 to get dashboard wiped down. It’s a joke, people. Do not go here.

Staff was friendly enough. Car took a while but it was fine. Problem came when I had a few questions about a couple scratches and a few spots the crew missed. Old man owner came out and made a scene about it. Gave me the «I washRolls Royces here»… Will not be going back

My husband had my car detailed for my birthday, and I couldn’t be more pleased. After having my car trashed by two toddlers, it looks brand new again! I swear the interior looks better than the day I bought the car. They got out mud, old formula, mystery goo, EVERYTHING. You have my business forever, Klean A Kar.

I’ve been here a few times because I got a good deal on vouchers. It’s not the best car wash I’ve been to, and the service isn’t the friendliest, but the wash was good. At regular price though I wouldn’t have been satisfied.

Quick and easy, they get it done and do a good job. The only rub is the wait sometimes, though it generally moves pretty fast, they’re worth the wait anyway.

Used to go here because its close to home until some guy drove my rim into the car wash rail and scratched it. Owner gave me a hard time getting my money to fix it. Not coming back to this place anymore.

Moved to Columbus from Chicago a couple of months ago and was looking for a decent car wash downtown. Couldn’t find anything but this place, which is weird in itself. At any rate, drove to KAK and was astounded that the basic car wash was $ 22, plus tax, which totals around $ 24. This is before the tip. Long story short, $ 30 buys you a wash AND a wax job in Chicago. Is this some kind of a car wash conspiracy?
Will NEVER go back.

Finally a sunny day so took my car to Klean a Kar. Even with long lines my car got through fairly quickly. I was there approx 25 minutes. David, the finish person, did an outstanding job! Attention to detail was impressive. He won’t over windows and wheels several times to be sure he didn’t miss anything. It’s a bit pricey for the interior /​exterior service $ 21.95 but my car needed it and I appreciated the time he took.

Horrible Service!!!
I bought the most completed Car Wash Service Package (Full Service Wash + Tire Shiner $ 26.95) expecting to get the best service but after 12 – 15 minutes they finished up with my car and I HAD TO CLEAN IT MYSELF when I got home. Very poor quality on their job, Very dissapointing. Even this is the closest car wash to my home I am never coming back to this place!

Klean A Kar made me nervous at first, because I do not like other people that I do not know driving my car… but as I got out of my car, 2 men started vacuuming my car as I stood with another employee looking over my options. After $ 20, a free car air freshener and about 20 minutes, my car was ready for me. and boy was it CLEAN!
If I ever need a quick detail that looks like I put a lot of time into cleaning my car. I’ll just round up the change out of my car and head to Klean A Kar

When I pulled in to the place, I thought it was going to take an hour. They had three lanes of cars going through, and more than 10 in line when I got there. I was pleased to find that this place was well staffed with over 20 employees (by a quick count) and is certainly the busiest car wash in Columbus.
I opted for the $ 20 special that included interior vacuuming and window cleaning. Awesome job on everything for being done in about 20 minutes.
I’ll definitely be taking my car here for detailing in the spring, and for regular washes as well.
