Steve was an absolute loser. he may not believe that he had a company with multiple people. he did not use any kind of new equipment. his equipment was old and he used my water even though I told him it was hard. The result was and Carpet that was wet smelling and crusted. Everything that I thought he might have gotten rid of came back after it took 3 days for the carpet to dry. he obviously has a lot of business and I do not understand how that is possible. the quality of work and his basic approach to the job was terrible. He did not even try to vacuum the carpet before he got it soaking wet. he told me that it was okay for him to push the dirt into the carpet and then try to extract it. You can use this guy if you really want to have really poor results. I was absolutely amazed that he would stay in business. 3÷12÷2015

I am glad I chose Knight For my move out cleaning. Matt was the most courteous and professional person. He arrived prior to his scheduled time, waited for us to finish our prior commitment with the moving company and went beyond what was required of him to help keep the home carpet cleaned professionally. The carpets looked like ready to move in for the next renters! Always love to work with such people and will do so in future as need arises!

I had some of my carpets stretched and all of my carpets cleaned. Very reasonably priced. The estimate was accurate, service fast and friendly. I got an appointment quickly and couldn’t be more pleased with the result. Definitely would recommend.
