I love this Krogers, they just remodeled this past year. There is a lot more room for your grocery cart down the lanes and Isles. They also have a wide selection liquor store inside the store. They also have a Fifth Third Bank. Kroger also has new apps for your smartphone for coupons. They are so fast, friendly and efficient at this Krogers I never stand in line more than a few minutes. They always have everything in stock. It’s always a nice shopping experience.

This Kroger is very close to my house so that makes it very convenient for late night snack runs (assuming that Main Street is dead). The interior is kept pretty clean although I’ve noticed many empty areas in the produce section, even during the day. No biggie, must just mean the price was good.
The real down fall is the limited selection/​lack of choice in some sections and the inconvenience (read: traffic lights) of coming to this location.

Given it’s location in town, it actually has a fairly decent selection. They just improved the store on the inside, but only by adding a new liquor store.
the two stars off comes for their customer service, which is pretty poor. They constantly have mistakes on checkout, for which we waste an extra half hour waiting in their «customer service» line to get the mistake refunded. At least they started a new policy where if you are mis-​charged you get the item free (first item if buying multiples).

I have to give it to this Kroger’s managers for their service to us today. My church ordered some baked chicken for a repast after a funeral today. For some unknown reason the chicken was not done on time. I can only guess because we had such a big snow storm today. The manager himself delivered the chicken to the church before the family got back from the cemetery. He also gave us 3 pound crème cakes a no charge. I am so pleased with him going completely out of his way to deliver this food on a blizzard like day we had. He deserves a medal. We said we will certainly continue our business with this store. I must the baked chicken was delicious. So was the cake, even though my diet does not call for it I had a thin sliver. I do thank them so much for the great service. Some one knows what customer service is now a days. Not everyone does. 5 stars for out of the way service, minus one for order not being done at original pick-​up time.
