I’ll start by saying that this is a fast food chain the south, so the culinary prowess expectations should be mitigated. That said, this place is somewhat on par with a Krystal’s restaurant. Never really had a problem here.
Staff is nice enough, place is clean, and the orders have been right in the past. The food — you have to be prepared to eat this type of food going in. I love their food, but others hate it.
I will say that their chili is a bit on the too salty side. Burgers (sliders) are awesome, chili cheese pups (mini chili cheese dogs) are great, but for me the gold star really goes to the Krystal chiks. The fries are also good, but not great.

This place needs shut down. 2 out of the 3 of us got sick after eating here. Our burgers were gray. Gray! Anyway, we both ate about half of one burger and we’ve been sick for about 15 hours.

On the plus side, I like the décor and the food meets the Krystal standard. However, the drive thru really needs improvement because they always have folks wait in the parking lot while the orders are finished and an employee has to walk out out and hand out drive thru orders, which is pretty darn inefficient and is really annoying when you’re late for formation.
