I’m particular. At a whole other level. Took me 2 years to finalize my choice of bamboo flooring. Best part of the search was finding Brandon at LL. Great service and a wealth of information. Walked my husband and I through the process. Haven’t installed product yet but would definitely recommend this store for customer service and general flooring knowledge. Thanks much!

Really great guys. Brandon in particular really knows his stuff. He’s good w how hardwood floors oxidize over time and change color. I never knew! Can you imagine buying a while floor and what was on the showroom that you picked out is an entirely different color that what came in the boxes???
Get a quote and asked to hold the price is a little bit longer past the expiration date.
Samples can be shipped directly to your home so you can see a natural light.

Purchased Eucalyptus flooring here and had their team install it. It was a fantastic experience start to finish. The guys at the store put up with tons of questions from me and Louis, the contractor, responded to my texts and calls quickly. I could not be happier.

The price is good, but expect to find some manufacturer defects in your products. We’re putting in a laminate floor (dreamhome nirvana) and are finding one defect board per 3 boxes. Not sure if we’ll need to get more yet or what their return policy is. Floor is pretty to install as a DIY job, looks decent enough for the price (less than $ 2 sq. ft.)
Also, the trim and finishing strips (T molding, etc.) are pretty pricey, almost twice as much per foot than the flooring is.
Location is good, staff is good, and they loaded my car for me.
