Mac tools are my favorite tools. Hands down, they have the best ratchets out there. They feel great in your hands, they always are able to take a beating and they’re really easy to maintain. I have a tool box from them as well and I haven’t had any problems with it except that I want a bigger one! I bought the toolbox used and it was in pretty bad shape. Some of the slides wouldn’t open or close from years of sitting in a run down barn. Once I got it home, I called up Mac and I got some new slides, problem was they were the wrong slides! So I called them up again and they sent me out the correct slides, no charge and didn’t ask for the old ones back! Awesome. I have a bunch of sockets from ¼″ to 3/8″ to ½″ impact. They all have served me well and continue to serve me well. Ordering parts is a little difficult over the phone. If you don’t know what you want, you’ll have to first contact technical support for them to look up the part number, then you can talk to customer service and they’ll order the parts for you. It’s a little strange but as long as you know what you want, then it’s not too bad.
