Marco’s Pizza

I did not order a pizza, but a salad and it was made really well and very filling. The delivery, however, took 45 minutes over the 36 minutes it was supposed to take. No calls or anything.

I think they have great pizza! I always pick mine up so can’t really comment on their delivery.

Great pizza, but awful customer service! Sorry Marco’s, you have lost a loyal customer. Our delivery was 30 mins late. When I called to check I was told it was on its way with no apology and the manager was very short with me. When I called back after the pizza was an hour late, I was told it was never made and they would make it now and deliver. No thanks… the manager was rude and raised his voice. This is actually the second time this has happened with our order. The first time I figured was a fluke, but twice? No thanks, we are no longer a customer!

PASS. Food is decently priced, but not worth it in my opinion. Mushroom toppings came straight out of a can and tasted like it. There’s better pizza options in the neighborhood with fresher ingredients. Cork Liquors is just next door, so the only thing going for this place is that you can get a beer & pizza combo for take out.

This was my first experience having Marco’s Pizza. This place is located in a good area not far from area hotels, it was also super clean. My wife and I stopped in for carryout to take back to our room while staying in Columbus. If you have not had Marco’s before, it’s somewhere between Cousin Vinny’s and Donatos. Super friendly staff, nice younger people working during our visit. The service was excellent, Stephen was super helpful and even told us about a special to save a little money. We went with the Pepperoni Magnifico, which was AWESOME! It’s your typical chain pizza smothered in two types of pepperoni. We got out of there with a specialty pizza, cheese bread, and a 2-​Liter of Mountain Dew (PEPSI PRODUCTS!!) for about $ 17 with the special they had going. The service was fast and it didn’t take long for our order to be up. We did check out the neighboring Cork Liquors and wine shop. Super huge selection and helpful staff, it’s a good way to kill a few minutes and pick up some harder to find adult beverages if you’re into that type of thing. There are lots of options for pizza in the area, I give this place a thumbs up.
