I went here at their old location next to CVS and got a bunch of pastries, cookies, muffins, croissants and elclairs. NONE of it was good, it was all old, stale and flavorless! I decided to give them another chance when I had a coupon for 50% off my order at their new location inside Kroger. They had a bigger selection of the same items, and I don’t know if it was because of a nicer, new location but it looked better. It was the same person working as at the old location and I showed her my coupon and she told me it was no good here. It clearly stated NEW and was good until the end of 2012 but since I wasn’t really excited about their desserts I threw the coupon away and got myself something from the regular Kroger bakery which tasted better and was cheaper. I wouldn’t reccomend wasting your money here!

I was on my way to King Gyro when I spotted this bakery and I decided to pull in. I only bought a muffin but the little old lady behind the counter was very helpful and I’ll try to stop back when I have more time. And boy, that muffin was good. It was the best muffin I’ve had in a long time. It had cherries inside and some sugar on top and the crumb was as fresh as it had just come out of the oven(it was in a paper cup which helped). Wish I were a little closer!

I had originally heard from a friend about this Kosher bakery, and since I was just down the street I thought I’d drop in to see what they had to offer. Upon entering, it looked like a little bakery; there was a case of assorted desserts, some loaves of bread lined up against the wall, etc. I had to try the challah, as I thought I had already found the best in town(from the Torah Center). I grabbed a bag of little challah rolls off the«clearance» rack, as well as some cinnamon rugelach. A side of tuna or eggsalad was offered when checking out, so I went for the tuna. The challah rolls were okay. The light and fluffy texture was nice, although I would have liked more flavor. These seemed to taste just like regular rolls I could get at Kroger, just double the price! The tuna was good; it wasn’t too creamy and had little chunks of celery throughout– just the way I like it. The gooey buttery melt in your mouth cinnamon rugelach were delicious! These will be brining me back to this bakery if nothing else. Overall, I wasn’t overly impressed with the bakery, but I will give it a second chance.
