I am not someone who loves getting my hair done. Usually I go 6 months to a year avoiding the salon. I don’t have a usual stylist but after yesterday that might be a different story. I am in love with my new ombré highlights. Remi did an amazing job on my color and trim. It’s an obvious change without being streaky or chunky. She was super friendly, efficient with time, and very thorough in terms of making everything look natural. Price was right on point too. Such a great experience:)

I had my hair cut by Remi. I recently had just moved back from Cincinnati and was sad to leave my Cincy hair stylist. Initially I thought Remi seemed a little too light handed when it came to shampooing and cutting my hair. I was afraid her very delicate touch would translate into the haircut and not be as clean and finished as I wanted. I was very wrong though and was really impressed with cut. I’ve also received a good number of compliments on my hair since then too.

Love my new cut and highlights from Anthony! This was my first highlighting experience and I knew it would be a masterpiece in Anthony’s hands! I love how it makes a statement without being in-​your-​face! Always a great experience here! I don’t let anyone else touch my hair since finding Anthony at Q Salon. I like that this salon is small and unpretentious, and that the stylists are not all tall skinny 20-​something year olds. Beauty comes in all shapes, colors, sizes, and ages here. That is the message I take away in addition to gorgeous hair when I come to Q Salon. Ok. Ready to go dazzle the Québécois with my head-​turning new look!

Love this salon! Willow is great. I have bee getting my hair and eyebrows done here for about a year. Olivia does my eyebrows and does a great job. Willow does my hair color and cut. I have never had a bad experience and everyone here is so nice! Sometimes at penzone it feels so stuffy and judgemental. It is super laid back here at q. I have had Demi too and she did great on my haircut. Their products are great too. Will keep coming here for all oft hair needs!

I have been going to Q for five years now and Carson is the absolute BEST!!! I am so picky when it comes to my hair and she is absolutely wonderful! I am so picky because I have very dark natural hair but I like my hair pretty blonde. From experience, all hair stylists are NOT good at coloring hair blonde. Every time I see Carson she does a fabulous job on my blonde hair and gives great advice. She won’t let you end up with a color or cut you are not happy with! Ladies — if you have blonde hair, GO SEE HER!

I had a great experience, got exactly what I asked for. Loved the look and feel of the salon. Got an ombré hair style from Andrew and his assistant Cali. I like that two ppl worked on my hair bc I wasn’t there ALL evening. I had previously went to Ulta but I’ve moved and needed something closer. The pricing is pretty comparable. Andrew was the only stylist available for my last minute appoint (thank god they got me in) he’s a bit more expensive bc of all of his experience. He’s well worth it! He gave me a few tips on some new up-​do ideas before I left. Everyone was nice, and they fit me in last minute! My hair looks great! Thanks Q!

Carson is the best. I have to carry a small stack of her cards. After every cut, people compliment my hair and actually now ask if I did it myself (I try). She has been «playing» with hair since her barbie doll days. She loves what she does and it shows. She knows hair texture and gives awesome product advice.

My wife and I both have been getting or hair cut by Anthony for about 20 years. Always great. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I had a nice experience at this salon with Remi. I scheduled my appointment online and received text confirmation. Quick consult with her before we got started and she worked tirelessly for two hours on my out of control hair and what she accomplished was nothing short of a miracle. During this transformation we had pleasant conversation, and the salon had a busy streak, then got quiet again. She was very meticulous and I left with exactly what I was hoping for. I usually get this type of procedure once every couple years because I leave disappointed. Remi has restored my faith in a salon and she has gained a faithful client. Thanks again.
The only reason this salon is missing star number five is… Hey, no one is perfect right. Actually, she was pretty close but the rest of the staff, during ‘down time’ just seemed to disappear into back rooms, and I thought they choose have focused in sweeping floors, spiffing up the place and helping each other out.

I had a really great experience at Q last Friday. I made an appointment for a simple trim with Remi with the end goal to be donating my locks to Wigs for Kids (the local ‘locks of love’). The receptionist was great. Really friendly, efficient, offered me a drink, etc. I watch a lot of Tabitha takes over and she was on point with all the right things to do (according to the show). The salon was clean and well kept, but not overly fancy.
Remi was great with my consultation, I got a nice shampoo, and an easy cut. She talked to me about product and used a product I actually ended up liking, but didn’t try to force me to buy anything. Just an honest recommendation to improve my hair.
The cut was perfect and only $ 25. I like that they have tip envelopes so you know your tip is going to your stylist. I’ll definitely be back.

Olivia is the only person who can arch my brows beautifully. She also did a wonderful job with my bangs! I recommend Q Salon based on the quality of Olivia’s work!

I started going here 3 years ago because I received a rather generous gift card to Charles Penzone that when I crunched the numbers, I figured I could get «free» haircuts for the next year or so. The gift card was intended to be used for the CP spa, but at the time, affording decent haircuts were a bigger priority. Q is CP’s less pretentious and cooler cousin. Get a wet cut and save some money. Who really needs to pay someone an extra $ 15 to blow dry your hair for you and in a way that you really don’t like anyways? With an appointment, I am in and out in 15 – 20 minutes. I have long, thick hair and no, it does not have to be complicated when it comes to your hair. Rhaya, birth name Alyssa, is my gal here and I visit her almost religiously on an every 8 week basis (which I’m due for a visit). We like to talk about my nail polish. Luckily, for my next visit I will no longer have to bore her w/​law school/​bar exam talk. Sadly, CP subscribes to the whole if there is someone else working for the company w/​your name, you gotta make up a new name for clients. No high pressure product sales atmosphere. Buy the product cheaper online, duh.

I came here after being unhappy at my old salon for two years, and I really love it! Olivia does my hair and Anthony has done my son’s hair. Highly recommended!

I love it here! I go to Rhaya and she’s super nice, and its not that expensive because since my hair dries weird, I always get a dry cut. Not as big and fancy as the other Penzone salons, but that’s why I like it!
