Wonderful experience! If you need physical therapy, this is the place to go. And if possible, ask for Heather, although I’m sure others are also good. They are on time, efficient, and extremely helpful! Take all the questions you have with you, they will find the answers! I have had physical therapy at another facility in Columbus, and while it was fine, it wasn’t nearly as thorough as McConnell.
