McDonald’s

This is probably the slowest service ever. I’ve been here more than 10 times out of necessity but each drive-​thru visit exceeds 10 mins. Tonight there were 3 cars in front of me with no notable causes for delay (large van with kids, multiple orders, bad weather) … What gives McDonalds?!?

Do yourself a favor, BYPASS and drive to the next closest McD’s. Wait times are absolutely ridiculous. Apparently the speakers are broken in the drive through but management refuses to address or acknowledge the issue. I’ve complained several times and they pretend as if they don’t know what I’m talking about. Wait times were already subpar before they added the extra lane, but now it’s insane. Drive by anytime of the day and the line will be wrapped around the building. Not because it’s so busy but because they insist on keeping both lanes open when only one is functional. If you enjoy sitting in one line watching 7 – 10 cars order while you wait to be addressed, and the cars behind you beeping and looking at you like you are crazy, this IS the place to be! Oh btw, once you’re in line there’s no easy way abort mission because it’s gridlocked.

terrible service… waited in the drive thur lane 1 while the drive thur lane 2 was serviced for over 3 cars which arrived after us in lane 1. due to the location near all the hotels… need to increase their service time for drive thur and wait on each lane by arrival

I’ve been to this location several times over the last few months. Each time I’ve gotten a Filet-​O-​Fish and sometimes a small fries. Every time they’ve been hot and fresh. The service has been pretty fast and friendly every time too.
So I finally found a decent Mickey D’s? Four Stars! Wait, no… They did bump their Filet-​O-​Fish prices up 25 cents recently…
I’m taking a point off for that one ya Big Clown.

I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes at this location, when someone finally answered the speaker they stated, «we will be with you in a moment. «I kid you not. I pulled off and let the other cars wait.

Nice renovation. Now let’s see if the staff is better trained, more pleasant, and they solve some of the security issues.

Been here twice both times were huge disappointments. When a location is dead, how the heck can you be so slow in preparing food, YOU HAVE NO OUTHER CUSTOMERS TO HELP.

Do not go inside. You will get robbed. Instead go through the drive thru. This location is always busy but what is bad is it is located in the worst location in town. They have a nice signal for wifi here and they are also renovating this location.
