They worked well and the man at the desk was personable and assuring when describing the process to getting my car up and running again. Great service. My tip is to book early in the day and you’ll get everything finished right away.

Wow — this is not a review I ever thought I would give, but the Midas in Columbus had amazing customer service. We drove our Volkswagen Golf from Chicago to Columbus and about an hour out we realized our air conditioner was not working. We made it to our destination and called the closest Volkswagen dealer, but was unable to get a service appointment because it was a holiday.
Though they were not able to assist us with a repair since we would need to order a new part, the service was exceptional. I would highly recommend bringing your car in for service since they are honest which is quite a find for a mechanic!
