My favorite part of this park is the covered bridge you can drive/walk through. They have nice walking paths and the water is beautiful. It’s very clean. They have nice picnic areas as well. I would love to attend a concert here in the summer. I think the observation tower is ugly but it’s nice to have for people who want to look out on the park.

This is a cool park with green grass, free parking, a covered bridge, and creek-side strolling. There is a concert venue and a (separate) senior center. They had ‘Foreigner’ perform here recently with tickets available for $ 13! Columbus has a pretty sturdy arts community!
I thought the park’s observation platform with an elevator was cool. It’s about 5– or 6-stories above ground level. Unfortunately, the elevator is out of service and parked at the top of the hoistway. People who can climb stairs can go up there. It looks like it would have a good view of the city or of passing Louisville and Indiana freight trains.

Nice park. Rivers, creeks, ponds, fields, and trails. It has all the essentials for a good park, but there are a few bonus. There is an observation tower for those who want to climb several flights of stairs to enjoy a great view. There is an amphitheater and a wonderful looking covered bridge. Some of the playground equipment is unique and includes some features I have not seen before – especially one area where the equipment is more for an adult who wants to exercise or work out.
Overall, one of the better parks I have visited.
