Highly recommended! We used this place for all of our wedding flowers(ordered in bulk and arranged ourselves) probably the BEST flowers I have ever seen! Each flower was fresh fragrant and brilliant! Besides having the best flowers in town they probably have the best customer service! Great people that are clearly passionate about what they do. Thank you Oberer’s! I won’t ever go to another flower shop!

Called in an order to be delivered. The customer service was good. I didn’t want to make decisions about the flowers so I left it up to the person on the phone. It seems like they were a big hit and ended up looking great. Satisfied with the price and experience. Delivery was prompt.

Walked in yesterday to see if they had any flowers for a table arrangement. I looked around and saw 3 people who made eye contact with me and proceeded to completely ignore me as a customer. No one said hello or we’ll be right with you(if you’re busy this response would be polite). But after standing around like an idiot for a good 5 – 7 minutes I walked out and won’t be going back. Good Customer service is clearly not a priority.

Buyer Beware! Your order may be cancelled with no notification and then you may be lied to. This is my experience. I have always been an orchids and ivy customer, but I saw Oberer’s arrangements and thought they were beautiful and recently ordered one for my Father’s-in-laws funeral service. Much to my dismay they were never delivered. When I called to inquire as to where they were I was told by Lisa that there was a problem with my credit card. Which I may have believed as possibly an error in typing(even though I triple check) could have occurred. However, when I asked why I was not contacted, the lies just spewed. First she claimed to have left me a voicemail after 2 calls. Well… no missed calls and no voicemails, so I asked what number she called. She then said the first 6 digits of my number took a pause and said an incorrect 7th digit. I said that is not the number I gave and have record from the confirmation email. to which she gave no response other than to repeat that she left a voicemail on that line. By the way I dialed the number she gave me and it is not even a working number — as suspected! Then she claimed to have emailed me also. Nope! Not even in a spam or junk folder. When I spoke with the manager TJ, he apologized and actually asked if I wanted to try processing my order again… no way! I will stick to doing business with businesses that do not lie to their customers. Such a shame that they had to be so shady. The last thing people need to worry about when a loved one passes is whether their florist will actually deliver what they order.

What?! How am I the first person to say how FANTASTIC Oberer’s is? When I moved here a few years ago my mom purchased me a congratulatory arrangement sent to my office for a job promotion as they are located in Easton Town Center very close to my corporate building. Then she kept receiving emails for their«Daily Specials” – an arrangement for $ 19.99 and would forward the emails about what a good deal + what a beautiful arrangement they were offering. Since then, I have subscribed to their emails and have purchased several of the«Daily Specials» for myself when I need a pick-up or desire fresh flowers. My good friend needed corsages and boutonnieres for a black tie event we were attending and told me that Saturday morning for that evening’s event. Hmmm… Oberer’s? Yes! I called them and they were able to pull through with exactly what I ordered in a few hours time. All my mid-Ohio floral needs will go to Oberer’s. Fresh flowers! Friendly staff! And phenomenal prices.(And you should definitely stop in their retail store when you’re in Easton – it smells fantastic!)
