Pros:
Great customer service. Convenient location. E-​mail for print orders frequently checked. Lamination available. Cutting (fee per cut) available.
Cons:
Can sometimes be expensive depending on what you’re printing. Have had a few printing mishaps, but they are always addressed and solved.
Note:
Managers make this place a success. If they leave, I don’t know what will happen to this location. Matt, Kyle, and Bryan. You guys are really quality managers.

I am a graphic designer and frequently use office max for my clients print needs. The managers are extremely attentive and they take customer service very seriously at this location. The managers, Matt, Kyle, and Bryan, are fantastic and Always look out for me when I come in. I am very pleased with my experience here.

Swung by to check out desks. It’s a pretty typical OfficeMax, laid out about the same as others, decent selection and prices. I didn’t get any hard sell, just a friendly smile. I’d come back for other supplies.

I like the products, just not the people. They’re always up my rear when I’m trying to just browse and buy some printer paper.
