I am a supplier to BuckEye Connection and I can tell you, in 20 ++ years of business I have never met a more unprofessional organization. At this point I can say that they have stolen a lot of merchandise from us and I will be filing suit !!!

Can you actually give 0 stars? I ordered something from them online on August 11, 2011… as of today September 22, 2011 it has still not shown up. I have called 3 times and they continue to tell me that the item is in and it is shipping tomorrow.
It’s awful when you have to wait over a month for anything to ship now-​a-​days. I don’t care if you are opening another store at another location, that’s no excuse on why you can’t fulfill orders. Maybe you shouldn’t take online orders if you can’t follow through. I will definitely not be ordering anything from them ever again.

No-​one in their right mind in Columbus would go down to the convention center, pay for parking, then go shop for OSU Buckeye Pride Gear.
That being said, this is the obligatory «Columbus Tourist» shop that serves the convention center and the attached hyatt hotel.
Prices of the merchandise are a bit more than what you’d see in and around campus. But I guess if you’re at the convention center for a meeting and want to buy your out of town michigan friends some gag gifts, feel free to stop by Buckeye Connection.
