This might be one of the worst Old Navy stores in Columbus. I just spent 20 minutes waiting in line to check out because they keep this place perpetually understaffed. And then there’s the people who shop here. You get some rough types since it’s close to some bad areas West of Easton. The floors and changing rooms are OK. Not clean but not gross either. Pretty disappointed with the experience at this store.

This particular Old Navy has a better selection than the one at Lennox, so that’s a good thing. But it requires that I deal with everything at Easton, which I am not always mentally prepared to experience.
The people are pretty nonchalant, and the store is a bit of a mess. But hey — it’s Old Navy, with cheap prices and sometimes cute clothes. Their v-​neck t-​shirts are my summertime jam.
I also think the quick-​change stations are weird. Only a curtain and a tiny, janky hook stand between me and the rest of the store? No thanks.

I like Old Navy but I got a little beef.
They always have trendy, comfortable apparel. Prices are pretty low. They are all around a great spot to shop for the family.
This store seems to be a little disorganized sometimes and cramped with merch. Usually stays pretty busy but employees move quick on the registers.

I’m usually just a fan of old navy for the budget shopping in me. I don’t find that I like the fit of most of their clothing on me, but the flip flops are always a must have each year. I mostly gave them 3 stars instead of 2 because the staff here is so great! I get overwhelmed easily by all the options around and there is always someone to come and help me when I need it. I really like the accessories section now a days too, they’ve really added some variety!

I always love coming to Old Navy. I’ve been coming to the Easton location for years. I’ve always had good experiences and am able to find some great sales!
