On Call Tech – Reynoldsburg

Horrible! Be warned. I dropped off my desktop PC at one of their drop off points and a week later it was returned without the power cord and not fixed. Every day I called to get updates and was told they couldn’t reach the tech working on it. Then I was told it was going to be returned to the drop off point and someone would call to confirm. Never happened. At this point I just wanted my computer back. I was told the tech’s phone broke and they couldn’t reach him. Next day the excuse was that the tech was working 12 hour days and was backed up. It was as if I was imposing on them. Hello! It’s your job. Don’t give me excuses. Provide the service you advertise.
I finally called the UPS drop site to see if the computer was returned. They reported it was returned and I headed out immediately. Then On Call Tech called me to say it would be ready for pick up sometime today and they would let me know when. Seriously? I knew it was there before the business owner. That is pretty much on par with the skill of this company.
Once I arrived at the UPS site I could see there were two other clients whose computers were returned and not fixed. Mine was missing the power cord. Who knows what the others were missing.
I was close to calling ABC 6 Call to Action to report this business.
Do no use this company!
