One Line Coffee – Downtown

Awesome. Great coffee, great service. A nice way to start the day.

The One Line in short north is great — it’s got its quirks and special attitude, but its fantastic coffee and interesting coffee drinks.
The new Huntington location just opened last month, replacing the Caribou/Peet’s that’s behind the escalators on the first floor.
The styling of thew new spot is fantastic — love the new bar, the simple white tiling, and the open counter. Very modern, very functional.
One Line has three drip options daily, rotating based on availability, in a range of light and dark roasts. Each one is listed with tasting notes, which I’ve found to be spot on. $ 2.50 for a large, and it’s always raging hot.
Also available: cold brew (by the bottle, too!), teas, pour-​over, coffee-​drinks like cappuccinos and honey lattes.
Destination Donuts provides their baby-​head-​sized donuts (I got a Guinness flavored one today), and Angry Baker provides giant scones. All reasonably priced.
The best part — the staff is incredibly friendly, not pretentious in the least, and efficient. Great addition to the downtown coffee scene.
