One Way Cleaners

Not recommending. I’m not getting the same experience as others who rate this place at 4 and 5 stars. I only went here because of the great reviews, same day service and all that. First off, some reviewers are referencing New Way Cleaners, but this place is One Way Cleaners (wonder if it’s a different place?). I dropped off my clothes 7 days ago. There has been a holiday involved so I will give allowance. My clothes are still NOT ready. And this place isn’t that close to my house, I just chose it based on the reviews. Plus, the strip mall it’s located in is difficult to get in to. Having an unfavorable experience here. I prepaid to get a 10% discount (which I like), but I will not be coming back.

I went to Neway Cleaners because of the positive feedback I read on Unilocal.The owner was so helpful. I brought in a sweater set and a pair of pants to be cleaned, and she noticed the terrible hemming job I did on my pants and offered to fix it. The price combined cleaning/​alterations was reasonable.
I’m disappointed she’s closing. Its unfortunate she has the sleazy internet café thats given her such a hard time and takes her spaces.

I have been going to Neway Cleaners for almost 5 years now and learned today they will be closing. I wish them all the best because they are amazing people! However I also found out today about the harassment and nasty behavior that has been directed at them by people like the above review (which is completely and 100% false on all counts). I could take that review point by point and dissect the idiocy but I would rather take my time to discuss how wonderful these owners have been.
Prices have always been fair and been better than most dry cleaners in Dublin. Every time you walk in, nothing but smiles and great customer service. The kind of customer service that made me a regular and loyal customer.
Every time i picked up my clothes they would offer to carry it out to my car for me. When it was raining the owners would walk me to my car covering me and my dry cleaning with an umbrella to stay dry. How many places truly do everything for their customers these days? Ill tell you. None. They always did an amazing job on the clothes and I never, not in 4 and a half years, had any issues with our clothes or laundry.
I am sad to see them close but I am infuriated to hear of the harassment and bullying that they have dealt with. Yes, your car will be towed if you park for hours in front of their business instead of their customers. There are plenty of other spaces in that lot, no need to take the ones in front of the cleaners when you are not patrons. People that spend too much time in bars and Internet cafes guzzling alcohol and lashing out at good hardworking business owners make me sick. Just shows how pathetic and nasty some people in our community can be.
To the owners of Neway Cleaners-​I thank you for all your hard work and excellent service. You will be sorely missed and I wish you and your family all the best!

Very friendly and the clothes always come back perfect.

I brought a silk skirt to Neway Cleaners last week and they did a terrific job. The Korean woman who runs the place is so friendly and helpful, it’s hard not to strike up a conversation with her. Their specialty is alterations but they take a wide variety of garments to clean as well. Prices are reasonable and their hours fit my schedule!
