We came here for lunch today and was very upset about the poor service. We ordered endless soup salad and was unable to get more than 1 in a 40 minute period… Wow. I don’t recommend if you are in a hurry!!!

I always sit at the bar… All the bartenders are wonderful. Food is standard outback food. Which is what I go for. Blooming onion. Fireball and Stella I love this outback

**UPDATE** my review that I posted yesterday was a copy and paste of the email that O sent to Outback when I got home from the restaurant last night. Today I received a phone call from a GM who apologized for mine and my families experience and said he wants to mail out gift certificates to is because he felt the situation should have been handled differently. I appreciate that. And although we had an awful experience last night, the experiences before that were fine. Thank you Outback for making things right.

Remember when? The door was opened and you were greeted. The menus were clean, and your feet weren’t in the last diners crumbs. The menu grilling was offered, not assumed. The meal was accurate the first time to your table. Tempted with dessert before the drive by check drop off. This is not the Outback we remember. After sharing on social media, others told us the same. So sad to now drive by and watch you wither with the others who no longer care about the consumer. Always remember… I work hard for my money. I’m going to give it to someone who works hard for me.

Awesome food and server(Danielle). She kept the drinks full and the endless shrimp coming as we asked. We will be back!

The wait staff(especially the hostess) were extremely rude. The wait was unbearable m, we were continually told 20 minutes and we waited nearly an hour. The hostess made a rude comment about my weight. Go somewhere else.

Uninspired food that’s barely considered good, sub par service. What else can I say? The crispy shrimp were a little too crispy. Bacon was left off one if the sandwiches. Don’t come for dinner, just come for the pitchers of sangria and leave.

To start off, we were greeted by a very friendly hostess and then server. We had cheese fries for an app, which arrived quickly. Shortly after, we received our dinner salads. I was with two others. We ordered 3 different steaks. Rib eye, sirloin and filet mignon. They were all cooked at the temp we asked for, medium. Overall a great outback experience and we would definitely come back next time we are in town.

Worst experience ever I will never go again it was horrible food they messed up out order 3 times the cost was $ 64 for 3 meals which was crazy! I wish you guys could have seen the food the salads looked bad the steaks were black and we couldn’t even cut through them. The cheesecake made my kids gets sick and the brownie with the icecream wasn’t good at all it was overlooked too and the icecream was completely melted.

So, they only serve T-Bone steaks on special occasions now. I guess I wasn’t special enough. The ranch dressing is gross too.

Hadn’t been to Outback for the better part of a decade, and decided last night was a good time to get some authentic Australian steaks with the better half. Being a Sunday(around what we thought was the dinner rush), we expected to have at least a fifteen minute wait before getting a table, but were surprised to walk in to a lobby occupied only by a couple of hosts. We were sat down at our table and were greeted promptly by our waiter, a cheery, bearded guy(we forgot his name, as the wife kept referring to him as Sam Smith. It started with an M I think.), who was quick to refer a few choice drink specials to us. We just stuck with cokes and a small plate of blooming onion petals, then waited for our sirloins with shrimp. The food came out fairly quickly, hers a solid medium well and mine a nice medium. At this point, we had already made the mistake of saying yes every time our waiter asked us if we wanted refills on the bread, and were forced to ask for doggie bags to take our meals home for lunch. Luckily, we were able to take a few fresh bites of the steak, shrimp, and the steakhouse macaroni the we each ordered before we decided to pack it in for the night. All in all, it was a great dinner/lunch. Protip: Make sure to look at the sips and snacks insert, it has good deals! Also, if you stop in here, ask one of the hosts/hostesses if this person is working, because he is hands down the funniest person in the continental United States.

A late afternoon Sunday dinner with the family started with the calamari appetizer that had a flavorful breading and weren’t overcooked. My entrée was the 10 oz wood grilled ribeye with a house salad and garlic mashed potatoes. The steak was cooked a perfect medium rare, and the meat was well-seasoned. The house salad was a little heavy with the ranch, but their ranch is really good. Next time I’ll just ask for it on the side. The garlic mashed potatoes were respectable and the bread was a warm and fresh pumpernickel that we all enjoyed. Service was solid, the restaurant was clean, and the environment was a little quieter than other chain steakhouses. The only knock I have is that they are more expensive than the others.

7WORDS: STYLISH /ROCK-N-ROLL ATMOSPHERE /GREAT TASTE /TOO LOUD TUESDAYNIGHTINDECEMBERJUSTBEFORECLOSINGTIME. We arrived at 9pm, looking for some good steaks and a tranquil night cap. Unfortunately, the music was WAYTOOLOUD — what you’d expect on a weekend night at a Hard Rock or a Harley Davidson Café. Still, we soldiered on, ordering the cheesy bacon fries as an appetizer and our gracious server suggested sour cream on the side to fill our need for Potato Skins, which they no longer carry. That worked out just fine. The server also staggered our order so the steaks would arrive about 15 minutes after our appetizer, so that was great. When our steaks arrived, we could take it no more, because we were fighting with the noise levels of the overhead music and the people two tables over who, themselves, were fighting with the atrocious volume levels. We politely asked for the noise level to be at least reasonable. The server obliged. Soon, the music level was down to a tolerable level. Now, we could eat peacefully. I ordered the T-Bone and my dining partner ordered the Sirloin. We thought both steaks were well-marbled — a great product overall — with good seasoning. Our side salads and veggies were great, too. Really Great. However, it was not another 10 minutes before the music level went back up to its previous levels. It was WAYTOONOISY and TRASHY for a business/corporate night. I found it so loud that if I return again and don’t have a atmosphere that’s even halfway equal to the food quality, I won’t come back. There are too many other steak options out there to settle for mediocrity. The bill came, and it was 48 dollars — very reasonable for the amount of food and great waiter service we received. However, I’d choose Longhorn, Hickory House, or Logan’s(in that order) instead of Outback if I were looking for steak. This rates a 3. The great cuts of steak keep it from getting a 2-star rating.

12oz sirloin overlooked. Alice springs chicken spicey with no mustard sauce and dry. Slow service… Especially refills.

So my partner and I went for dinner. We started off with calimari and seared ahi tuna appetizer. A runner brought the appetizers and just sat them down before we could speak. The ahi was covered in orange sauce — couldn’t even see the tuna. When the server came back I asked to have it redone and that the sauce should be on the side. She said it was only suppose to be a drizzle. I pointed out that it is pictured with no sauce on the tuna(no one who ordered raw or undercooked seafood would want to eat it swimming in, covered in sauce. She said again, it was just to be a drizzle. Um okay, look at the picture on your menu. A new order was brought out and it was excellent. We ordered Outback sirloin; and end cut prime rib with lobster tail after the waitress confirmed the kitchen had an end cut prime rib. This was after she talked us out of the all you can eat shrimp combo, saying the kitchen has been slow all night and that another group waited 2 – 3 hours for 3 more orders of shrimp. We said okay, and didn’t order what we came for — the shrimp. Another 10 minutes after ordering dinner — waitress comes back and let’s us know — NOENDCUT, kitchen gave to someone else. Okay, so now we couldn’t have what we came to Outback for and what we ended up ordering is gone too? On top of waiting for appetizer to be corrected? We asked for our check and canceled dinner. But wait, there’s more — as we are waiting for our check, the cook comes out and says he can get us an end cut(wait, where does this end cut come from, they said they were out). We told him we were finished and waiting for the check. He had a little bit of an attitude in that we wouldn’t let him fix the situation and were ready to leave. At this point a manager coming to see us would have been appreciated but I am shocked the kitchen staff would try to handle the situation directly. Didn’t introduce himself either. We usually really enjoy Outback — we were both surprised by the service and food this visit. I tried to speak to a manager when leaving but couldn’t find anyone at the front of the restaurant or the host stand. I am not sure if we will be back.

Oh… where to start. We had to request bread as it wasn’t offered or brought out with the drinks, appetizer, or salads. The salads were barely edible consisting of brown and soggy lettuce and smushy cherry tomatos. We had a blooming onion as an app. The onion was not skinned before being sliced and fried, so we ended up with a huge pile of inedible pieces(see photo). Our sodas sat empy for a solid 20+ minutes. My boyfriend ordered the prime rib sandwich. The sandwich itself was pretty tasty, but the fries came out cold and mushy as if sitting under a heat lamp way too long. My steak was slightly overcooked and the most tough steak I’ve had from an Outback in a long. The hostess was so lovely but was doing everyone’s job… she was bussing tables, pouring drinks, serving bread. We will not be returning to this location. Since the next nearest Outback is 30 minutes away, we will be going a lot less. Such a terrible $ 45 meal for two.

I haven’t been to Outback Steakhouse in probably close to 5 years. We went last night(Friday,) at around 7pm. The wait was only 15 minutes. Once seated our server immediately got us drinks and kept them topped off throughout the entire dinner. The bloomin’ onion was terrific, the complimentary bread was fresh, and all our steaks were excellent. Can’t wait to go back!

Just stopped in for the free bloomin onion on Monday. We only had to say Bloomin Monday. Had one beer each and shared the onion. Fast easy early«dinner» that only cost us under fifteen bucks with tip. We were going to do it again this monday but my man wasn’t feeling it two weeks in a row. The waitress was very nice and very attentive for being fairly busy. We will be back again soon.

Pretty good for a chain steakhouse. The free dark bread and butter was fresh and warm. I could not resist the blooming onion, and yes I know it has over 3 Million calories but it is REALLY good and if you share it, it’s not as bad, right?!! to balance that out I had the seared Ahi Tuna, a tiny portion but very good as well. The man had some kind of steak, loaded fries and baked potatoe and being veryy picky about his meat, he really enjoyed it. Worth the stop, not earth shattering but a perfectly fine dinner at an ok price.
