Needing a quick meal after a movie and always up for Chinese, I settled on this. It’s decent fast Chinese– not really authentic, not really healthy, but cheap and convenient. And not too bad… I had the 2-entrée combo, with Peking beef and chicken with string beans. The beef was a little spicy, sweet, crispy, and tasty. The chicken was in a brown sauce with plenty of green beans. Their fried rice doesn’t have egg in it due to a shortage; there was corn instead, I guess to approximate the color of eggs. It came with a side and I chose spring rolls: meh. Flavorless mush inside a crispy shell. Service was fast and friendly. Dining options… well, I was hesitant to eat with all the birds flying around but I was careful about what touched the table.

I must be insane. Doing the same thing over and over expecting a different result is the definition of insane, right? I have been to a couple of locations and Panda Express is a vendor in the café at work on Wednesdays. Every time I eat there I say, «never again.» Some of their flavors are good — really. The issue is the food seems it isn’t fresh and the noodles are dry as the dickens.

Been here several times. Quality seems to vary drastically based on time when you come. Kung pau chicken, string bean chicken, and orange chicken are my favorites but can be very dried out in non-peak times. I have walked away without ordering… Portions are fairly decent so I usually just get the one item bowl. Plenty for me. But like many of the other reviews indicate… The quality of both food and service is NOT up to par with what Panda Express USED to be like… Sad face…

I guess this is a chain wide thing. Bland food, flavorless rice, and my spring roll was mush in the middle. I guess that its true that Chinese really does need to be made to order

I like panda in general. This location however is subject to the amount of mall traffic it gets. I came in on a Thursday after work and the rice wasn’t very hot but my orange chicken was right on point. Customer service was kind of bad. I asked when fresh rice was coming out and she told me it wasn’t that old(didn’t answer my question) so I took her word for it and five mins into my meal I look up and they have a fresh batch of rice out… wtf. I wish they had a better eating area. Not very large and not cleaned regularly. I do like the placement though since people watching is fun.

This is yet another Panda Express that needs some improvement. Not as bad as the Oklahoma Penn Mall location… But so far… A close 2nd! At least the staff here make up for the food lacking — they really are trying. Maybe it’s just too high volume & too low class of customers in line — based on my 2 visits. Rude customers! Kids weaving in & out of the line, baby threw up on the floor & mom walked over it, another kid cut in line & a mom slightly arguing with the staff — think in another language & for no reason. Now as far as the food– they did give me the fresh fried rice but it lacked flavor. The veggies were the best bet– forgo the rice for double veggies. Chicken & green beans were decently flavored. Wish I wanted to enjoy it more– even have it a 2nd try while there… Very surprised since its a more«upscale» mall area.

The food tastes about average for fast food Chinese, but the selection is limited. Serving sizes leave much to be desired as well. One issue I had with the service went like this: Me: I’ll have orange chicken and white rice Server: OK. What would you like for your 2nd entrée? Me: No thanks, I’ll just have the 1 entre 1 side combo. Server: Oh, it comes with a 2nd entrée. Me: No it doesn’t, I just want the 1 entrée. Server: Oh, double orange chicken? Me: **Palms Face** I understand cross selling, but this was too far. Guess next time I’ll drive a little further from work for Chinese!

I remember a time when Panda Express was good, but that was a looooooooong time ago. The chicken varies between rubbery and mush and the rice varies from crunchy to mush. If you’re unlucky enough to get there on a mush-mush day your Orange Chicken with Rice is going to taste like baby food with a kick. This place is really disappointing and the only thing that can really be said for it is that other than S’Barros it’s the fastest place to get food at Easton. But unless your movie is starting in 5 minutes(and AMC plays 30 minutes of previews anymore so you’re probably still safe to eat elsewhere) I can’t think of any reason at all to give Panda Express a chance. Easton would be much better off it went out of business and an independent and tasty Chinese restaurant took its place.
